Pricing questions, answered
Can I try Quote Forge before subscribing?
Eligible new customers can try Quote Forge free for 30 days. A payment method is required to start the trial. Only one trial is available per person or email address. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected paid subscription starts automatically and your payment method is charged.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel automatic renewal through the billing portal linked from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current trial or paid billing period, and access ordinarily continues until then.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Both plans include the same features. Monthly billing renews each month; annual billing renews once a year at a lower total cost than twelve monthly payments. The cards above show current prices and the yearly saving.
Can I use Quote Forge if I am not VAT registered?
Yes. Choose “No” for VAT registration in your business profile and new quotes will start at 0% VAT. You can also adjust the VAT rate on individual quotes.
How do I send a quote to my customer?
Preview and download your quotation as a PDF, then share it using your usual email or messaging service.
What happens to my quotes if I cancel?
After your subscription ends, you can still access all your existing quotes and generate their PDFs at any time. You will no longer be able to create new quotes or edit existing ones. Deleting your account is a separate action that removes your live quotes and uploaded files.
