Getting help with your account

If your enquiry relates to an existing Quote Forge account, please email us from the address associated with that account where possible.

Include a brief description of the problem and what you were doing when it occurred. Screenshots can also be helpful, but please remove any unnecessary customer or commercially sensitive information before sending them.

Never send us your password, complete payment card details or authentication codes.

Billing and subscriptions

You can manage your subscription through the Account section after signing in to Quote Forge.

If you cannot access your account or believe there is a problem with a payment, email info@quoteforge.co.uk and include the email address associated with your account.
